Czorny Alzheimer Centre, Phase 2

Phase 2 of the Czorny Alzhemier Centre is an extension to an already existing facility, adding 3158 sq. m. to the current layout.  Upon completion of Phase 2, the site will expand to a total of 6275 sq. m. 

The design concept breaks the addition down into three cottages along a central corridor.  Each cottage will function as its own entity with twelve bedrooms, a resident kitchen, a dining hall, two lounges as well as supporting services rooms.
