Marine Drive Condominium
White Rock, BC

Top of the Rock is a 10,300 square foot luxury condominium with five units spread out over three floors. Each floor boasts an expansive view of the waterfront along Marine Drive in White Rock. The entire structure is concrete with large window walls that open onto south facing decks. The residence was nominated as a finalist in the 2008 BC Awards for Excellence in Concrete Construction.
